Hi. I’m Karen — a professionally certified E-RYT yoga teacher and meditation educator with more than 1,000 hours of advanced training across multiple schools of yoga, meditation practice and philosophy.
Specializing in trauma-informed and ADHD-supportive meditation, I try to create practices that are compassionate, accessible, and grounded in real nervous system understanding. My approach moves away from rigid ideas of “perfect mindfulness” and instead helps people work with their minds gently, realistically, and without shame.
I teach meditation for people who often feel left out of traditional wellness spaces — overthinkers, sensitive minds, restless bodies, trauma survivors, and those who struggle to “sit still” or quiet their thoughts. My work focuses on safety, self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and helping people build a more supportive relationship with themselves.
Rather than teaching meditation as performance or perfection, I teach it as a practical, healing, deeply human experience.
