As an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, Karen's years of training reflect several different schools of Yoga. She is a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher, specialising in Power Yoga, Vinyasa, the Ashtanga Modified Series, Yin and Hatha. She works in hot studio and unheated rooms.

With close to 30 different Meditation schools, Karen's personal daily practice is Buddhist based predominantly. She is a featured teacher on the international APP

Karen offers large and small group trainings and loves slipping a "little mindfulness" into her corporate clients' Yoga Sessions.

SOUND HEALING

Karen is a Master Sound Healer, offering large & small venue events . As in other forms of somatic healing, Sound Healing sends sound vibrations into the body to target areas of pain, stress, tension and/or trauma.

Karen brings a full complement of quartz & Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, Ocean Wave Drums, Harmonium & her voice.
